Attending · M-Enabling Summit 2026

Here to learn from the people who do accessibility work every day.

CampusMind is attending the 14th annual M-Enabling Summit in Arlington, Virginia. We're spending the week in sessions and hallway conversations with accessibility professionals, disability advocates, policy leaders and researchers, then bringing what we hear back to how we build for higher education.

Why we're going

Accessibility is expert work. We want to learn from the experts.

Our Accessibility Agent takes on the repetitive parts of PDF remediation so accessibility teams can spend their time on the decisions that need human judgment. Your team still reviews and approves every file.

Getting that balance right depends on understanding how practitioners actually work, where today's tools fall short, and what students with disabilities need from their course materials. M-Enabling brings more of that knowledge into one room than almost any event of the year, so we're going to listen.

What we're listening for

Four conversations we're following this week.

  1. ADA Title II, from rule to practice

How public institutions are turning the DOJ's web and mobile accessibility rule into day-to-day workflows, and where teams are getting stuck.

  2. Responsible AI in accessibility

Where AI genuinely helps accessibility teams, where it adds new risk, and how people with disabilities are part of those decisions.

  3. Documents at scale

How organizations work through large backlogs of PDFs and course materials without losing quality on complex content like math and scanned pages.

  4. Lived experience in design

What changes when people with disabilities shape products from the start instead of testing them at the end.
